What We Do
For most jobs, we use a soft-wash method to cleaning your home or building, proven to be safer than using high-pressure washing methods.
Preparation: Cover plants, windows, and any other delicate items with protective materials. Identify the areas that need special attention and choose the right cleaning solution.
Soft-wash application: Apply the cleaning solution to the entire surface of the property, using low-pressure equipment to avoid any damage to the exterior. The solution is left to sit for a specified amount of time, depending on the level of grime.
Rinse: Use a high-pressure washer to rinse the entire surface, taking care to avoid any damage to the property. This step is crucial to remove all the dirt and grime that the cleaning solution has loosened.
Final inspection: Inspect the entire surface to ensure that all the dirt and grime have been removed. Any missed spots can be touched up with a soft-bristled brush and cleaning solution.

What is soft-washing?
It’s like giving your home a bubble bath! Soft washing uses low-pressure water and specialised cleaning solutions to safely and effectively remove dirt, grime, and other unwanted gunk from your home’s exterior.
How long will the cleaning process take?
We’ll work as fast as we can, but we can’t make any promises on speed – we’re not the Flash! The time it takes to clean your property will depend on the size of the area, the level of grime and dirt buildup, and other factors. But we promise to get it done right, no matter how long it takes.
Will soft washing remove all the stains on my exterior walls?
Our soft washing technology is highly effective in removing dirt, grime, and even mildew and algae stains. However, some stains may be more stubborn than others, and may require additional treatment. But we’ll do our best to make your exterior walls look as good as new!
Is soft washing better than pressure washing?
We like to think of soft washing as the gentle, kind-hearted cousin of pressure washing. While pressure washing can be effective in some cases, it can also damage delicate surfaces and strip away paint and coatings.
