We kicked this off as a husband and wife team, cleaning farmhouses in Tirau after the pandemic gave our fancy office jobs the boot.
These days, Clean Boss tackles everything from homes to big business. We don't just clean, we supply all the hygiene bits and bobs too. Toilet paper, soap, dispensers, sanitary bins, sorted.
And because we clearly don't know how to say no, we handle full property maintenance as well. Test and tagging? Yup. Carpet cleaning? You bet. Building washes, the works. Basically, we clean, supply, maintain and quietly judge your current setup.

We've been called a lot of things over the years. Hard-working, easy to deal with, total baddies. Not our words, but we'll take it.
Really though, we're a crew who care about the people who keep Aotearoa clean, our own team and the clients we look after. We do right by people, stick to our word, and we hate complaints, because they mean someone's been let down. So we stay sharp and keep our customers so happy they don't think about leaving. Unless it's for a coffee. Fair enough.
Our crewOffice, home, school, building site, doesn't bother us. If it needs a clean, we're into it. We have a look around, nod wisely, go "yep, needs a clean alright", and crack into it.
While we're there we might notice your jumbo loo rolls feel like sandpaper wrapped around a fence post, so we'll mention our better, cheaper ones. Warm up to us and we'll casually offer to wash the building and test and tag your gear too. Just trying to be helpful, really.
On the jobEverything we do is by design. We build slick systems that would win awards, if we could be bothered entering them. Instead, we focus on making sure clients actually have a decent experience.
We've got a whole team on salaries who answer phones, visit clients and train franchisees, so nothing falls through the cracks. And we look after our franchisees properly, set up right, well supported and paid on time. Because happy people do better work, and grumpy cleaners are bad for business.
